Returns and Delivery
All our items are sent with Evri/Royal Mail. Our customers will receive a notification once their order has been shipped. We advise a minimum timescale of 5 working days for delivery (from date of purchase).
Please note: If your order includes a Pre Order Item the whole order will be sent together. Please keep this in mind as it may take longer than the delivery timescale on checkout.
RETRUNS AND REFUNDS
Most of our items are not eligible for a refund however we do offer exchanges. These must be requested within 7 days of you receiving your order. Once your item has been received you will be offered an exchange or store credit (valid for 30 days only)
If you do wish to return an item the postage is payable via the buyer. Please make sure you are checking the description on each item to see if it is eligible for a return and to ensure you are following aftercare guidance.
